The Indiana Department of Workforce Development has posted two WARN notices today.
The first indicates that NovaStar Mortgage in Carmel will lay off 68 employees starting immediately.
The second appears to be an update from a prior notice that ATA Airlines will lay off 39 workers by the end of October.
